Maranda Rice grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and moved to the northwest peninsula of Washington state in 2023. Maranda had some experience with consultants in her time in the office. She understands the fear and skepticism that comes from having an outsider come in and try and tell you what to do. She also attended many CE courses and genuinely appreciated the value gleaned from the expertise of many consultants in the industry. The difference in those experiences was the ability to take what was presented and adapt it to meet the unique needs of her own practice.
The idea of developing her own approach to practice consulting stems from wanting to bring in ideas and experience and meld them with what your practice is already doing well. She truly believes this can be an alliance between our business and yours. One where we listen to what is working and instead of trying to change that, we focus on what can be improved and collaborate on how to grow.
